I use these when traveling. So far, they are excellent, offering comparable, in my opinion, noise reduction to Bose products, but at a far lower price. I also have been impressed by battery efficiency. I can get two 5-hour flights out of a single AAA battery. This would be unheard of with the Bose. Two small criticisms: the bass seems overdriven, but this is a subjective assessment, and, the cord seems rather think, and has an odd right-angle plug, which may make it difficult to replace. Otherwise, I am very, very happy with these.

This is a good value. Slightly heavier than Bose, but I don't notice the difference when wearing them. Sound quality to me is similar to Bose... I don't use them with high end audio equipment ($3000 plus sets), nor tested them using electronic equipment. The value is excellent for everyday use with excellent results for the human ear.

Blocks out 95% or more of airplane engine noise with noise reduction on, sound is fantastic with noise reduction on. Can unplug cord from headset to move around. Very nice carrying pouch.
