Return Policy

Within 7 days of receiving a shipment you may return any unopened/unused products for a refund. All refunds are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and may vary for accessories. Shipping and insurance fees are non refundable. This does not apply to products that arrive damaged or defected. In this case there will be no fees at all associated to the customer. All refunds will be issued only to the original credit card. Please note that all returns are accepted under surveillance. Please make sure to insure the package.

Return Instructions

When you shop at Fumfie.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you find that you must return an item, we try to make this process as easy as possible! Please contact our returns department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You can do so by calling 866-666-9198. No returns will be accepted without a preapproved RMA #. Any items that are returned without a preapproved RMA # will be reruned to the customer that it came from.

Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated box.
Pack and tape your package securely.
Wright the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.
